A fundraiser to remember...
Join the Dive Shop and the Fellowship of Extra Ordinary Divers in raising funds to send sixteen Scouts on the trip of a lifetime. The Dive Shop has trained and certified these boys in preparation for their trip to Sea Base in the Florida Keys for a week of scouting and diving in 2020. Now we need your help. It's a gratifying opportunity we have to help make this adventure happen!
Yep... The picture speaks for itself. We're serving vitamin Q (BBQ) along with potato salad and baked beans. We also have burgers and dogs for those less adventurous. A small donation will load you up! A large donation will really hook you up!!!
We're also taking orders for scrumptious, finger licking, fall off the bone, juicy 8+lb. smoked pork butts for only $35.00 ea. Orders need to be placed by October 22nd to ensure we have enough. These butts are coming from Hogg's Meat Market and not some chain store.
The fun doesn't stop with great food: we also have Silent Auction and Raffle items to spice up the afternoon. Dive Shop vendors Mares and Aqua Lung have stepped up with donations like computers, regulators and lots of bling to add value to every raffle ticket. Local businesses like BOREL's Barbershop & Salon in Sherwood have donated their services to make you look pretty (can't believe I said that).
We start serving food and drink at noon.You can pick up your pre-ordered butt in time for the Arkansas vs. Alabama game.
We'll start tallying up the Silent Auctionitems at 4 pm. So about 3:30 you need to start running up the bids.
The ever popular Raffle will commence as soon at the Auction items are closed. You don't want to miss the action on this one.
You're invited to spend the whole day, you're invited to spend part of your day or you can just stop by and say Hi ( and make a donation). No matter which you choose, we want you to share in the excitement of offering this opportunity to these young men.
